How long does delivery take?
Every order is promised within 10 days. Enter your PIN code on a product page or at checkout to see the date.
Do you deliver outside India?
Not yet. We deliver anywhere in India.
Is there a delivery charge?
Delivery is currently free.
How do I pay?
Orders are paid online at checkout.
Can I return an item?
Yes, within 3 days of delivery. Email reshamtales@gmail.com with your order number and the item you are returning. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Do I need an account to shop?
You can browse and fill your bag and wishlist without one. Sign in to check out; your bag and wishlist move into your account when you do.
How do reward points work?
Orders earn points, which become available 3 days after delivery. You can use them on later orders, and they do not expire.
A piece I like is sold out. Will it come back?
Tap Notify me on its page and we will email you when it is back in stock.
Do I get a tax invoice?
Yes. Every order has a GST tax invoice you can download from its order page.
How do I care for my shawl?
Each product page lists the care instructions for that piece.
